Courses
Since Flower Force has a strong focus on competing with developed and advanced dressage programs, we want our members to have as stable a foundation as possible to easily develop at more difficult levels. Therefore, we have developed four courses that are regularly held for our club members.
The idea with the dressage courses is that all our members, regardless of previous experience, should have the opportunity to get the same basis. This will facilitate future training and especially program training as all participating riders will have a good and stable foundation and make it easier for the riders to understand how to ride different riding routes.

To be able to participate in the courses, different prior knowledge is required and is specific to each course. For example, there may be a requirement to have participated in one or more courses in order to participate.

After each completed course, the member receives a diploma and a special role in our server. You also get a medal that can be seen on the member page . You can see the medal for each course next to the respective course description.
The courses we offer
Dressage introduction
Two sessions of 60 minutes
The course is given so that the riders get a good foundation to then be able to move on to a more advanced level in the dressage. On two occasions, participants gradually increase their understanding of different types of distances, movements and gaits while developing their technical skills.
The lines of the riding hall
One session of 60 minutes
The course will go through different expressions of the riding hall's lines and give explanations of what the instructor means when the dots are used as distance markings in different riding paths and on circles. The riders will be allowed to ride the different paths according to the instructor's commands with a focus on accuracy in their riding path and to use the dots to ride straight lines and even round circles.
Dressage A-Z
Five sessions of 60 minutes
The course is given so that the riders will have a developed vocabulary within all the dressage's concepts and exercises at the same time as they learn and develop their technique. Each session will include an adapted number of exercises in alphabetical order. The exercises are at mixed levels and require varying skills within the dressage.
Adjusting the distance
Two sessions of 60 minutes
The course is given for the riders to develop their own ability to correct distances and to give a greater understanding of the different distances we use and what it looks like on their own screen versus the audience's screen. During the course, the riders will learn the distances split-distance, NTT, NTS, HI, FI and pair-distance and try to ride these in both walk, trot and canter. The distances used in slants and in circles will also be taught.
