Movements
Here is a list of movements that are often used in Flower Force. In Basic you will find the easiest and then it gets harder and harder in Intermediate and Advanced
BASIC
Formations
Different arrangements in content. The leader halt on command.
»Arrow - Arrangement in an arrow-shaped formation where the riders stand next to each other but stop half a horse behind the rider you stand next to. All even riders fill up on the right and all odd riders on the left.
»Herd - Arrangement in an arrow-shaped formation where the riders stand next to each other but stop half a horse in front of the rider you stand next to. All even riders fill up on the right and all odd riders on the left.
»NTT - (Nose To Tail) Stand in a formation where your horse has its mule in the tail root of the horse in front.
»NTT flat - Arrangement in a row next to each other. All even riders fill up on the right and all odd riders on the left.
Cirkel exercises
Performed on a large circle where everyone rides on the same circle. All riders do the exercises at the same time. The circle continues in the same round as before.
»Bloom - A curl outwards from a circle.
»Cave - A curl inwards in a circle.
»Expand - Enlarges a circle. Performed on two commands. On the first command, turn 90 degrees straight out from the center of the circle. On the second command, you turn in a new circle. The new circle will be larger than the first.
»Shrink - Reduces a circle. Performed on two commands. On the first command, turn 90 degrees straight towards the center of the circle. The second command turns a new circle that will be smaller than the first.
Exercises
Performed individually or by following the joint
»Curl - A small circle where you hold the key until you have come around a full turn, then continue on the same track.
»Curl over - Half a curl. Turns on the trail and ends up on a new track.
»Comb - All riders turn 90 degrees and ride across the riding arena at the same time.
»Curl Comb - First do a curl, then you immediately turn 90 degrees and ride into a comb.
»Keyhole - All riders do a three-quarter curl and then continue straight ahead in a comb.
»Slant - You turn 45 degrees and ride on a diagonal line.
»Backslant - A 135 ° turn to the diagonal backwards.
»Fate - A curl in one direction when you are on your original track, you immediately make a curl in the other direction. All riders do in the same direction.
»Wave - All odd riders curl to the left while all even riders curl to the right. Continues on the same track afterwards.
»Feather - All odd riders make a comb to the left, all even riders make a comb to the right.
»Split - The joint is divided into two joints. Odd riders turn 90 degrees to the left and even riders turn 90 degrees to the right. Usually occurs at a wall.
»Belt - The leader does half a curl. All other riders follow in a row.
»Waterfall - A belt split. The joint rides on a center line. Odd riders make a belt to the left, even riders make a belt to the right in the same place. All riders end up in two stages (changed)
»Cut - A 90 degree turn. All other riders follow in a row.
INTERMEDIATE
Circle exercises
Performed on a large circle where everyone rides on the same circle. All riders do the exercises at the same time. The circle continues in the same round as before.
»Pop - A keyhole outward from the circle. Two commands. On the first command, a keyhole is made outwards from the circle, which leads to a shrink. On the second command, all riders enter a new circle.
»Boom - Keyhole inwards in the circle. Two commands. On the first command, a keyhole is made inwards in the circle, which leads to an expand. On the second command, all riders enter a new circle.
»Sunflower - Expand on the first command. On the second command, curl over in the direction you rode in the circle resulting in a shrink. On the third command, all riders enter the circle again in the same direction.
Exercises
Performed individually or by following the joint
»Tier - The first odd and first even make cut. The rest make the cut and follow the odd and even leader respectively. You end up in two stages where the riders ride in pairs.
»Cod - Make a waterfall. When the leaders have ridden past the last riders in the line, they turn into a dye inwards so that the two lines cross.
»Retreat curl - A curl and then immediately after a curl is made in the same direction. Turns the joint.
»Mist - A curl and then immediately after a curl is made in the opposite direction. Turns the joint.
»Dodge - A curl over and immediately after a curl over is done in the opposite direction.
»Combo - Three parts made directly after each other. A curl over, a curl in the opposite direction and a curl over in the opposite direction again. You end up on your original track.
»Twist - A fate wave. Odd riders make a fate to the left and even riders make a fate to the right.
»A-Curl - A curl in gallop.
»I-Curl - First a curl in walk and then a curl in trot. They are performed directly after each other.
»Bee Curl - First a curl in trot and then a curl in gallop. They are performed directly after each other.
»Orbit - First a curl in walk and then a curl in gallop. They are performed directly after each other.
»Thread - Two commands. All odd riders do curl on the first command. All even riders do curl on the second command.
»Rocket - A keyhole feather. Performed on a center line. All odd riders make a keyhole to the left and all even riders make a keyhole to the right.
»Mel - First command, odds do curl comb and even comb. Second command, evens curl away from the leader.
»Switch - In waterfall formation. At first now, money is made against the second line. On others now merge back into the ranks. The trail will then pass each other and change places.
ADVANCED
Circle exercises
Performed on a large circle where everyone rides on the same circle. All riders do the exercises at the same time. The circle continues in the same round as before.
»Collapse - First command ride straight towards the middle, second command curl over in the same direction you rode in the circle, third now merge back to the circle.
»Explode - First command, ride towards and through the middle to the other side. Second command, now merge back into a circle.
»Tulip - Odd do trot + gallop bloom, even do walk + trot cave..
»Rotary - A circle within a circle. After the split, the trail rides up towards each other. The trail keeps to the right when they meet. The smooth joint makes a circle from the odd joint to form the inner circle, right turn. The odd joint holds out to the right and then makes a circle around the even joint circle to form the outer circle, left turn.
»Frog - Odd makes curl over to the outside of the circle which forms a Rotary.

»Triple Curl - Walk, trot, gallop curl.
»Reverse Triple Curl - Gallop, trot, walk curl.
»Rumble - Odd makes a normal triple curl and even makes reverse triple curl.
»Increasing Combo - Walk curl over, trot curl opposite direction, gallop curl over back to the original track.
»Decreasing Combo - Gallop curl over, trot curl in the opposite direction, walk curl over back towards the original track.
»Crescent - In couple-riding. The closest to the decided direction does a walk curl, the outer one does a gallop curl.
»Galaxy - Orbit fate. First curl is in walk, second in gallop.
»Wind - Odd makes retreat curl and even makes mist.
»Revolve - First now, comb where two joints meet in the middle. Make half a curl around your "partner" on second now and ride back in the direction you came from.
»Fish Hook - Odds do curl comb on first now and even on second now. It then becomes a double comb, as in sprinkles.
»Snap - Two joints. First now a comb against the second joint, second now keyhole is made away from the leader. Everyone ends up on the same line.
»Fish - Curl to a backslant. 225° You end up on the slant before the keyhole. Do the same as you would in bear but continue on the slant.
»Bowtie - Curl to slant. 315° You end up on the slant between keyhole and curl (forward). Make almost an entire curl but go for the slant before the curl becomes whole.
